I have this thumping tension headache this morning that just will not go away . It could be my sinuses acting up or just the fact the sun is out for a change . Maybe it was the caramel chocolate chip ice cream over the weekend . Nothing worse than a cold ice cream headache . I feel like a living voo doo doll . I haven't touched a drop of alcohol . Swear on N@'s hybrid . Tataboom tataboom tataboom. Remedies please .

I don't get a lot of head aches but when I do I want to lay down in the darkest room possible!

Copious amounts of alcohol and a reduction in caffeine intake.
a la - Bob, no caffeine for a while.
a la - misster kitty, if you can't find a dark room, wear a pair of Polaroid or UV-reducing sunglasses all the time.
a la - what I've been doing for the last month (hip surgery was one month ago today), Tylenol 3's, 2 at a time, every six hours.
(just kidding about the third one).
2 glasses of gatorade is supposed to work ,for icecream headache just drink a hot cup of any thing tea ,coffee or water
For booze I used to use cold orange juice ,ice cream or a can of
cold peaches worked for me

I'm an unsympathetic, unthinking boob. Yesterday, I should have said "Now now, there there". It helps, 99% of the time.
Hey, zip on over to Milky's photo blog site. He's got a pic of a pair of boots that are to DIE for. They might not take your headache away, and might make the nausea worse, but you just HAFTA seem them.
