One of my favorite people and fellow bloggers is turning the big 4-0 today and having a difficult time with the number. That is the point. It is a number and simply that. You are no different than you were yesterday or the day before except for the fact you have a new age. It is how you feel Shawniepants and I know you know that. It is all about the maintenance my dear man.Look good. Feel good . Kick 40 to the curb.
