Sunday's Gift

Today it was 26 C. Quelle difference from the snow over a week ago . Sitting outside drinking  in the day with tea  in hand , I found myself wishing for the days of summer again . Summers fly and winters walk . When I was a kid it seemed like summer was endless , now it is gone before you can make the lemonade . So today ,  Sunday was a gift in the north ...and a reminder to appreciate the moment . I did.

It was also a beautiful day -- in fact, a beautiful weekend -- in Ottawa. The forecast for tomorrow is for even nicer weather, and see as it is my day off, I'm going to force myself away from this computer, and get out on the natural trail near where I live, to snap away with my new camera.

Ma, can we assume that the tea you were drinking was Tim's Steeped Tea?

..and that the pig's feet you were swallowing whole were Tim's Steeped Pig's Feet?
Got up to 24 and sunny here in my end of town.

Having lived in Halifax for the past 9 years, I'm pretty much out of my mind delirious with the weather in Ottawa. It was gorgeous yesterday. October 22 and 25 degrees and sunny. Wow.
